Our pet mess was bigger than what we thought and could see, but the smell was slightly there if you put your nose to the area. Dustin came back to fix it for us. Free of charge! Now I feel confident that our kitty will not go back to that area and I don't have fear of smelling ammonia.

Prompt arrival, friendly service, affordable.

The tech was on time, personable, and did a great job. He was in and out in no time and the carpets were clean and took a lot less time to try than typical steam cleaning and the price was reasonable. I'll definitely use Zerorez when it's time to clean the carpets again.

Service tech was awesome! Not all stains came out, but I knew it was going to be a tough job. The one area of rug I didn't think would come clean did because the tech took extra steps for that area.

The only thing I didn't like was being called 2.5 hours before my time window I selected (for a reason) to be told the tech would be there in 35 minutes. There was no way I would have been able to be there to let him in. The service was still provided within my time window, but the tech arrived at the very last minute of that window to no fault of his own due to dispatch not setting up the schedule correctly from the start (it almost felt as if I was being punished for not accommodating the schedule dispatch set up - lol). The tech apologized multiple times and I let him know it wasn't his fault because I understand he doesn't set the schedule.
