Easy to make appointment. Dillon let me know when he was on his way. He did a good job and worked hard to remove a computer ink stain. Dillon was very courteous and efficient.

Ronny (?) called me at 35min away and I appreciated the heads up. We took the tour of the areas to be cleaned. He explained the bio option which I declined as I not longer have a dog. I went out for livestock care and he got to work. Very pleased with the results! That's why I am a regular customer! Ronny did a great job and was a very nice guy!

The technicians! They were polite, friendly, humorous, efficient, & loved my dog :) also got a gnarly makeup stain out of my carpet that my 2 at-home carpet cleaners couldn’t lighten even in the least bit.
The technician was very knowledgeable and informative. He did a thorough job of explaining what he was doing. Before and after pictures were very helpful. He did a great job cleaning up after himself. Also, he was very polite and considerate of the people in the house and their need for timely access to certain rooms. All around great experience.
They were on time and sent videoos so I could see what they were working on.
I had been planning the expense for a while and decided to ask a friend who recommended Zerorez. I was very pleased with being able to make the apptmt online. I was able to easily make changes to the apptmt to accommodate rug cleaning to happen 'after' this duct cleaning work. The young men who came were on time and respectful. They did an inspection of the ducts and pointed out how black mold had started to grow. Uggh! They provided an option to remedy the problem. Explained what they were doing as they went along their task. Great work!
