I really like the associate you sent out Kevin he’s very polite. He was very cheerful. He was very efficient and getting this done. He didn’t waste time. I like the fact that it dried quickly.
It only took a couple hours for this to dry out. My carpet looks so much better it’s old and it made it look so much nicer.

My tech was great. He communicated his arrival time and was there on time. He went to work and was done in no time. My carpet looks new again.

I was somewhat confused with the variety of charges and not sure what Level 1 was or Level 2 because there was a potential charge for another treatment that was $60 a foot. I did agree that they could provide a thorough cleaning which they did.

All in all I feel the charges were worth it.
