Richie did a great job cleaning my 10 year old, very dirty carpet. It looked almost new when he got done. He was able to come even a little earlier than expected which worked great for me. I've been using Zerorez for the past few years and I am completely satisfied. to them I went through several local brands but never asked one to come back. These folks do a good job and consistently send friendly technicians who are thorough and do a great job, I highly recommend them.

Carpet looks great. Technician did a great job and was very courteous and professional. The only negative thing was arriving about 1/2 hour after the agreed upon time frame due to a misunderstanding related to a previously scheduled appointment that had to be cancelled and rescheduled by ZeroRez.

The entire process was efficient and flawless. It was easy to schedule an appointment. The technician called ahead, was polite and professional. He explained what he would do, how long it would take, and asked if I had any questions before beginning. He did an excellent job in the time he estimated. I am very happy with the result. I'll use Zerorez again for sure.
