For the most part your technicians are very good at their job and do a very good job and are very polite and helpful. I wouldn’t know who else to trust my carpet to.

We do have some stripes on the stairs & two spots returning, so we will be calling for a return, but we'll do that in another week.

Good customer/technician service ,Very thorough in cleaning.

Zero Rez provided fast, friendly service that was high quality.

I like that it’s just water that’s used. The only thing I don’t like was I was told the carpets would be dry after 6 hours and even 24 hours later they weren’t completely dry.

I like being able to drop off my area rugs and pick up. Cost is consistent with other vendors.
