this is the 4th time in several years that I have used Zerorez. Everytime their quality of service has always been so good. Again, he was on time, called before arriving, checked the areas in need of cleaning. Asked many questions so he knew just what was needed to do a great job. The gentleman who came and cleaned our carpets was very nice and very efficient. He protected our wall corners which was so nice to see (other companies we have used in the past didn’t do this and completely ruined our brand new drywall and paint). The carpet got VERY clean and I love that there is no residue or soapy sticky carpet. The carpet also dried quickly with a little help from our fans, but dry in time for our move in the next morning. We will absolutely use Zerorez again in the future!
Zerorez came out when they said they would, hooked up the vaccumn system and went to work.
It was a reasonable amount of time to clear out all the ductwork and put the microbial solution in the vents to spread all thoughout the house.
I was very pleased and so was the seller and the buyers!
