I love that my carpets looked new and smelled fresh again after our cleaning this week. Even after a couple days of normal traffic on the carpet, they still look great. I've noticed that my carpets seemed to stay cleaner longer with the Zerorez system, rather than any other carpet cleaning service I've used in the past. Jesus, the gentlemen that came out was not only thorough, but explained all the areas and pest that were in under the cushions of my sofa. He recommended some medical grade spray (water based) that I have now. I appreciate how they kept me informed when he would be there and followed thru.
