Professional, efficient & friendly service
Great work by the team
We contacted ZeroRez to clean some upholstery on lounge chairs and a sofa. ZeroRez sent us an estimate after we sent a couple of photos of the items that we wanted cleaned, and the estimate was reasonable. The crew arrived on time, did a good job, and finished in about 90 minutes. It took about 24 hours for the items to thoroughly dry, but they look like new.
The only suggestion that we have would be for the crews to carry plastic sheeting to place on the floor around items to be cleaned so the cleaning solvent doesn’t stain the floor around and under the items cleaned.
Your service representatives were great! When I initially called to learn about your service, Nancy was very informative, took time to answer my questions, and quickly scheduled an appointment.
Kyle was such an efficient worker. He also gave me an option to handle some other services I was considering having done at a later date, to do them as well while he was here. Such an amazing difference each service made! Knowing how much cleaner everything is in appearance but also health wise, confirms my decision to call zerorez.
