Your crews that have come out in the past have always been on time, courteous and professional. They have done great work on cleaning our kitchen tile floor, cleaning chairs and our carpets.

I am a repeat customer and have always been pleased with their service. However, this last time they called an hour before the end of the day and said they were running late and it would be after 5 p.m. if that was ok. I said yes, it has to be. I am moving tomorrow. They called at 5 p.m. and said the van broke down and they couldn't come out until tomorrow. I was understandably upset, as I was moving in the morning. She was very sympathetic to my distress and said she would put me on as the first job in the morning. So I had my son meet them there in the morning. Not only were they early, but they did not charge me. I will definitely continue to use them. Not only is their cleaning service excellent, but their customer service is too!

I love the great customer service , quick response and everyone has always been very nice and always a job well done. I like that they use no soap carpet always looks great.

Our experience with zero rez was terrific. From the initial phone call to regular follow up to the on site work service. Pricing was fair and consistent with the services provided. And many thanks to the hard work of our carpet tech Scott. He was awesome.

The young man that came to our house did an AMAZING job cleaning our very stained carpets. He asked me if I was satisfied with his work and offered to try again on two stains we knew probably wouldn’t come out. He seemed to like doing what he did. He took his time and even offered to help me move furniture. Nice way to end a hectic week….excellent service, a kind and smiling young man doing a great job AND clean carpets!
