The technicians are timely and polite. I had the same technician, Augie, as I did the last time and he remembered being here. He does a great job.
The "lifter" process that pulled out hair/etc. and raised the carpet fiber before cleaning. Also, I liked that carpets dried fairly quickly with no odor - even when I got down and smelled the carpet closely. The technician was knowledgeable and personable.

Scheduling our appointment was easy. Our service technition arrived on time and did a walk around to assess the areas. Was efficient in setting up and carryingout the services. Was also very personal and listened well. We received instruction on drying time which was accurate. Appreciated that the treatment left no heavy smell or residue.
