Our technician Casey was very meticulous and thorough. He was on time, professional and friendly. The job he did on our carpets was excellent. One of the things I like abut Zerorez is the smell of the products used. It is a fresh clean scent which lingers a bit. When I have used other companies it kind of smells like a wet dog. The carpets were soft, not crunchy and all stains were removed. Highly recommend.

You did a great job of completely removing pet stains that another carpet cleaning service had actually made worse. Only one spot still is slightly visible, apparently because the other cleaning pet service returned and, in an attempt to fix the problem, made another application it left behind that yellowed the carpet.
