Technician did a great job’

The technician, Emily, was outstanding! She explained everything about the process and we carefully examined each room to be cleaned. Half way through a few rooms she brought me in to see the contrast of pre and post cleaning. Most importantly, the carpets look great!

Able to schedule an appointment online and for just a few days out. Tech who did the cleaning was friendly and nice and explained things well. Only complaint I have is that it took almost 24 hours to dry, so seemed rather wet compared to other times I've had carpets cleaned. It's been in the high 70s and dry so not sure if it's just the carpet type.

Your products really do the job! Colton Bassett did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets! They look new!!9)
