Dried quickly and looks new. Technicians were on time, professional, and polite.
Zerorez did a great job. Came over next day to clean up 2 rooms of poop stained rugs. Dog had liquid runs. Gross. I just left it as is and did not try to clean it up. Zerorez got everything like new.
I completed this already but enjoyed that Zerorez was willing to come back to revisit the master bedroom even though it was a few days past the 30 day guarantee due to my taking care of my father after his stroke in Omaha last month.
Professional, kind, thorough
The tech. came on time and worked quickly to get my carpets clean. This is an older carpet and prior tenants had stained it. It looks great now. I was going to have to replace the carpet but cleaning made it look great again.

Did very thorough job in cleaning and I was happy with the results.. there were a couple of difficult spots of which there was still some residue, and he said take a towel with very hot water, step on it, rub the carpet, and sure enough it came out.
There you go. This was the first time using Zerorez, but they did a great job.
Guy was very upbeat and hard-working. We believe/trust that he did a thorough job and our carpets, tile and upholstery are as clean as possible.
