It was easy to understand the services online and then it was explained in more detail when the technician got there.

We have used Zerorez for many years in California and continue to do so in our rental properties located there. I have now had our new home in Colorado cleaned twice by Zerorez. I know from using this service it is all about the technician. The technology is solid but if isn't done correctly and with care and a eye for detail its not so great (I've learned this from getting less qualified techs in our rental properties). That being said, Ryan was great, he listens and delivers on the promise. Training and retention is the key to your success!

We have used Zerorez before for carpet cleaning services and they have always done a fantastic job. This was the first time that we had used the air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning service. The crew was superb! They worked us in on short notice, cleaned both units, and the dryer vent. In the process the crew discovered mold in one of our units. They were able to disinfect it as well as install a cleaning/processing unit that would prevent this problem from happening again in the future. The crew had all the equipment needed to complete in one visit. The price was wonderful, the crew was phenomenal. This was an overall great experience and we will continue to use their services going forward.
