The tech was great! Very polite and friendly! I've used Zerorez twice now and will continue to use them. Best deal for your buck. The first time they got a stain out of my carpet I'd been trying to clean for years with no luck of my own. The second time was after my elderly mother passed away. She hadn't been able to let the furbabies out regularily prior to her passing and Zerorez didn't blink twice. Wasn't judgemental and took care of busines like the professionals they are. Have already referred my cousin in Indianapolis to use them next time she needs her carpets cleaned :)

The guys that cleaned my dryer vent were wonderful too and my dryer works so fast now - you need to market that item as people forget about what that can mean for the drying capability. I have been wasting so much energy!!!

The technician arrived in the window. Was done promptly in about 1 hr (total from arrival to departure) Was clear about follow up instructions. Was easy to schedule and had no problem having it done on the day I wanted.
