- they show up on time, but if they are running late they will text you with an approximate time they will be there
- they are very friendly and polite
- the price is reasonable, especially if there is promotion

Dre Williams was wonderful! He was very conscious, neat, timely and thorough throughout the house. He returned for a second time because I pointed out another area in our home that was not originally scheduled to be cleaned. Again he returned with the happiest smile and was a repeat to our first meeting the previous week. I will request only him in the future! I truly hope he continues to be employed by Zerorez. You have a real gem of an employee.
Our technician was excellent, was able to get the smell out of our carpets while putting up with technical difficulties caused by our over use of baking soda… sorry guys. Would definitely recommend services to friends and family!
I had the air duct cleaning service. The technicians showed up on time, explained what they'd be doing and did it. They were very professional and courteous. They also provided before and after pictures of the ducts. Kudos to Cristian and Ervin.

The entire process was very smooth and the person who came to clean was professional and knowledgeable.
First, I was pleased with the very nice lady on the phone and surprised at how quickly I got an appointment. Adam came out and cleaned our wool area rug, promising the wood floor would not be damp, and it wasn't. The next day, Derrick came out and cleaned our very dirty kitchen floor, a vast improvement. Both young men explained what they were doing and advised on cleaning products for the future. A very pleasant experience all around. Thank you!!!
