Every time I have ZeroRez clean my carpets, it confirms that I will only have them in the future! My technician was very diligent, careful, and informative, He worked very hard on areas that needed special attention-didn’t take any shortcuts! I honestly think he was the best technician I have had since I’ve been using ZeroRez!!
From the very first phone call to the end when (Steve) was leaving the whole time it was handled very professionally. The next time I have my carpets cleaned I am asking for Steve to do them again.
The technician was personable but not all of the things I would have expected to be removed stain wise were actually removed and the treatments left some bumps in the carpet?
That it’s pet friendly, water based, stains don’t reappear. Polite and professional service.
