Brian was very thorough both with the way he cleaned the carpet and in explaining the process, the cleaner he was using, etc. I really liked the fact that your product is safe and nontoxic while still leaving the carpets super clean.

I ALWAYS use Zerorez for our carpet cleaning. This time I contracted w Zerorez to clean and seal my travertine tile in the walk-in shower and bathroom. The technician Carlos B did a fantastic job! He recommending color touch-up for the grout. I am very happy I agreed with him do that. It made a huge visual difference in addition to easing the cleaning. Another great job, thank you!

It took 30 minutes to clean 3 rooms of carpet. I was expecting it to take 2 hours! As a mom of 4 very young children, scheduling an appointment like that usually really interrupts our day. I'm so happy to know that we can get our carpets consistently cleaned and it's not a huge ordeal!
