On 6-27-24, I completed a survey. I received a phone call this morning that the survey “hurt” Brandon. I, in no way, intended to reflect on Brandon’s performance. Again, NO WAY WHATSOEVER, did my survey comments mean to be connected to the already beyond excellent performance of tech Brandon. Brandon is a superb representative of Zerorez with his customer service skills. He is the type employee that will excel to greater things.
I misread the 6-27-24 survey. My aggravation was the frequency of the repeated emails & based of my 0 rating. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT ZEROREZ REVISIT THEIR MARKETING STRATEGIES.

Great service. The young man was was friendly and did a good job.

Cleaned and not soaked, carpet dries very quickly 4-6 hours. No residue. The carpet tech only advised us on what we needed, not what he wanted to sell.

I will never use anyone else, I have used them 3 times, one time was for my sofas, they look brand new, next I will be having them do my car!!!

People who cleaned the carpets were friendly and professional. Things were explained. I am happy with the outcome.

The tech was GREAT and fast!! All of the areas I had work done on turned out better than I expected. Had some stains i thought would never come out, yet he made them disapear.

Kris G was our cleaner and he was extremely polite and did a very nice job! My mom was very happy with the way her carpets came out.

The only thing I would suggest is to advise that the carpet might start lifting during its drying process as I was afraid we were going to have to have our carpets stretched and resized but once it dried, it was all just fine. I did make a call to Zerorez to ask about it and they assured me it would all be good which it was.

They were able to come in last minute to clean the carpets on a new home my son bought. There was a strong animal smell, the technician showed up early (which was beneficial as it was move in day) and took the time to explain the process to me and to explain why some spots would not come up. The carpets look great and the smell is gone! Great work!!!

Everything is great! The carpets look brand new and the hardwoods feel like they were just installed yesterday. The house has never been so clean! If you have pets getting the upholstery cleaned is a MUST!
