Mario was awesome!!! He cleaned the carpet at our rental property. I thought we were going to have to replace the carpet after our last tenant, but he did a superior job. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He identified problem areas correctly before I had a chance to tell him what had happened. I was very impressed.

Our technician did a wonderful job. It would have been nice if he had the beater thing that would have improved the over all look. He worked efficiently, he was pleasant, he worked around everything without damaging anything. He took his time not rushing out to go to the next job.
