The carpet got very clean with no cleaning product smells. The technician was very professional.

Service tech was very good about explaining the process being used (there were 3 different ones) and took great care to ensure what he was doing wouldn't damage what he was treating. He was polite, worked with us in ensuring pets were taken into account, etc.
