The techs do a good job. They are friendly and courteous, and they want the consumer to be satisfied with the cleaning process. My carpets look and feel good once the job is completed.

Carpets get cleaned very well and they dry pretty fast. The carpet cleaners have all been very professional as well.
The carpet and loveseat are remarkably cleaner and brighter after their service. They were also able to completely get out large amount of blue ink I had spilled on the loveseat.
Cody and Josh are very respectful and did a fine job.
They had an earlier opening in the day, so they called and offered to come sooner, which worked great for our schedule. The tech was thorough and polite.
