The technicians at zerorez are unanimously friendly, efficient, capable and experienced! They always work fast but deliver a superior cleaning experience every time. This time, we worked with Gary, and we couldn’t be happier! We had a puppy accident (for the 3rd time), and the results are like never happened! Doesn’t leave residue

I am so glad you all sent me this request for my feedback. From the minute the Ryan at your home office answered my phone call. I could tell he not only cared about servicing me, but he was very complimentary of his company and its employees. I made the appointment for December 26.
Just like Clock work, on the 26th I received a call from Anthony who explained he would be right on time. When he came in he realized that I am 83 years old and have difficulty walking, I use a walker all the time. He told me that he recommend that I have the extra service of dog protection added to my order. The price was not only agreeable to me, but my dog is elderly and I wanted to make sure if she had an accident it would be ok. Anthony set to work, and did an amazing job of my 3 room request. Ty Anthony for your professionalism and courtesy. I also sent him to a friend of mine, and he did a really quick job of cleaning some for her. She had just sold her home and wanted it clean. He did a great for her too.

THERE IS AN OLD SAYING THE PEOPLE ARE JUDGED BY THE COMPANY THEY KEEP. IN MY OPINION COMPANIES SHOULD BE JUDGED BY THE PEOPLE THEY KEEP. In your case, you are doing the right thing. As long as you have people like Ryan and most definitely Anthony you will be very fortunate and so will be your customers. BTW Anthony suggested I have my home done every 6 months and was kind enough to make a notatation that you will remind me when it is time. I sure hope I get Anthony to take care of me in six months. Ty very much Zerorez for keeping the quality of people to take care of people like me. I am so grateful for everything you have done for me and my now sparkling house. The carpet looks amazing.
