The receptionist has wonderful telephone skills. She explains the process for picking up the rugs, telling you about the charge, and notifying you regarding return. She answers any questions you may have and sends you an e-mail with the information. The men who pick up and deliver the rugs are friendly and always helpful moving the furniture and putting it back in it's place.

I love that my carpets appear especially clean. Jeff is who arrived on time and did the work was knowledge and accommodating. Even though it’s winter, happily my carpets dried faster than I thought they would. I’m very pleased & will be contacting Jeff at Zerorez for my next cleaning. I like the accommodating staff. The technician was informative as well as efficient.
