He got the job done quickly. Carpets are clean and the 2 stains I was concerned about were cleaned up. Corners were protected from rubbing by hoses. No issues. Will use again.

The young man who came to clean my carpet was very friendly, notifying me he was on his way. I had some questions and he answered them thoroughly making me feel very comfortable. When he was finished, I was so pleased with the results. He also explained what I needed to do before I started to put my furniture back in place. It looks wonderful!
