Tech was cooperative, observant, and took the time necessary to conduct an outstanding cleaning while protecting my woodwork/base cabinets & vanities. Next time I request service (in approx. 6-7 months) I will request Casey as the service tech.

My only issue is that the hidden service charge of $40 was never revealed to me when I originally made the appt. over the phone. I had my carpets cleaned by you previously and do not recollect this charge. Personally, I would like to know the charges ahead of time and not have costs slid in at the last moment.
