Tristan did a great job and was a pleasure to have in our home. He was very polite and professional. You could tell that he was making sure that he did his job well. I would have him back anytime!

My main complaint is your call center that handles scheduling. The first time I called on Friday (8-16) it was just after 8:00 AM and it sounded like I woke the person up who answered the phone. He seemed confused. I asked him if he was at the headquarters and he said yes. I decided to test him and I asked him what city. He paused and said "Cincinnati". I know now that he was not in Cincinnati and likely in Atlanta. I told him that I would think about it. I decided to call again later to talk with someone else. I called an hour later and spoke with someone else. This person sounded a little better but not much. Since I've never had this done before, I asked her how long the cleaning took. She said without hesitation, one hour. It took Tristan 3 hours. I don't mind that it took Tristan 3 hours because I think he did a great job. I'm glad he didn't rush. He said that he would normally have a partner to work with but I doubt that would have changed 3 hours into just 1. However, I did have to leave as soon as he was done. This just shows you that your call center doesn't know what they are talking about. I would look for ways to make that local and more knowledgeable.

Leaves carpets fluffy

I just recently moved into a new home and the bedrooms have carpet that were left soooooo dirty and stained. I was hoping that a good cleaning would help, but honestly didn't expect all of the stains to be removable. The tech that came out was friendly, fast, and the carpets look incredibly better.. the stains came out and the color is more vibrant. I'm so happy with the results.

Your staff is wonderful. We are always so comfortable with them in our home with our crazy dog and two eccentric cats.

Equally important, the quality of the cleaning is top-notch. Rugs and furniture always are so fresh after your visit.

This time, we had to reschedule last minute due to an illness in the house and the scheduler was extremely kind, understanding and accommodating. (Side note - We had another delivery scheduled during this same time of illness in our house, which we also tried to cancel. The vendor refused, saying the product was already loaded on the truck the day before and could not be unloaded. REALLY??? That employer knowingly chose to expose their employees to a highly contagious strain of Covid-19. That choice really made us sad.)
