You have great prices and prompt service and great technicians. However this time there is one rug that still has an odor emitting from it.

The man that cleaned my carpet was wonderful; He did a beautiful job and was very polite. My job was not large, but I still tipped him $20,00 because of this.

Our service technician was through in his review of the work requested, explained optional product options, and completed the work in a timely manner. He treated a few areas requiring additional attention. Our carpets look great, although that is not a surprise, as we have used Zerorez on other occasions.
