I have used zero rez for my home carpets and furniture cleaning several times now. Highly recommend for your home carpets needs. They are timely, professional and provide a great affordable service for families. However— This time I chose to get my carpet and our area rug cleaned. I was not prepared for the outrageous cost that I was going to be charged for my area rug as the estimate wasn’t given until the rug was already loaded in the truck and my carpets finished being cleaned. To pay $60 for one room of carpet that is much larger in size than the size of my area rug and to pay $350+ for my area rug to be cleaned seems insane to me. That’s more than the rug even cost me brand new when I purchased it three years ago. I have had this rug and many others cleaned by other companies for years for less than ¼ of that cost but figured I would just add it onto my yearly carpet cleaning from Zero rez out of convenience. Unfortunately, from now on I will only continue to use zero rez for their reasonably priced carpet cleaning services that they are transparent about.

Alex was great, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job on our carpet, showed all his work when he was done and checked if we had any questions or were dissatisfied with anything before leaving. Alex was fantastic!

Our technician did a great job and was very professional. He called ahead and arrived on time. His communication was fantastic while in the job. He also took the proper precautions to protect our walls from the hoses.

Brian took pictures of problem areas and showed us so we could remedy them.

Outstanding work by Antonio. Professional, polite, courteous, hard-working. Great product/ service with carpets that look like new and have a fresh, clean scent. After service was done, Antonio did a great job of follow-up explaining the service he had done and also recommending the duct clean-up based on the dark residue he saw on the carpet edge.

Everything was great except I was told over the phone that they would help me move the tv and fireplace stand and they told me they couldn’t and they didn’t do anything around the furnace after I made sure everything was cleared around it.

Pet friendly

Very quick and efficient however, there is one area that I need to have addressed.
I previously used Stanley Steemer. However, I started using zero rez and find it dries faster and does not leave. The carpet is wet..
