We had the Air Ducts cleaned, Brian and his assistant would great and explained to work they were going to doing. Our ducts were cleaned and treated with Anti-Microbial that controlled any mold issues.

I’m so pleased with the results from Zerorez of Minnesota after they cleaned my sectional couch and carpets in my new townhome. The pet odor that lingered on the preowned couch we bought is completely gone, and everything feels fresh and clean. Their service exceeded my expectations, and I’m thrilled with how everything turned out!

The service man was very nice and worked to get my carpets clean. However there was a spot where a cup of cows split. I send in a picture to show in had spread into a large circle and requested to have your specialist come and treat that area. I have not heard back from anyone about doing that. I really need to get the room back in order. Would appreciate a call.

The workers explained what they would do, and looked at all the vents and intake vents, and answered any questions I had. They worked as a team and did their job.

Technician was courteous and professional, service did not take long, drying was a few hours and carpets looked fabulous!
