The tech was amazing, really nice guy. He got the carpet looking great. I did find a c Few spots along the carpet/wood floor line and middle of my living room. I ended up using the zerorez spot cleaner on them and they came out. I’m guessing the one on the carpet line was just in a tough spot because it was INSIDE the crease and the ones in the middle of the living room we just couldn’t really tell when we did the walk through? Still have a few spots in my office that I can still see and are a little crunchy, but it also went YEARS without being cleaned. I think finding these things on almost white carpet with 3 kids is to be expected, some are just really tough to get out.
Overall really happy with his work. He was super sweet and accommodating.
I do hope and pray for a future product to help brighten high traffic areas - those will be the death of me. Because no matter how clean they are I can always see them.

We had another company clean our carpets that left a horrible residue- stains came back in days and the carpet seemed to attract more dirt.

Zerorez was able to get every strain out and the carpets looks like new. Really stubborn pet strains that were likely in the carpets from the previous homeowner all have been removed. This is the only company I’ll ever use for my carpets.

Eric R did such an amazing job on our carpets. Not only do the carpets look and smell clean he was honest and upfront about additional costs. He was also polite and considerate and incredibly hard working. He could have taken the last home on a Friday night and buzz through it but instead it was intentional and thorough. My sons noticed how polite and hard working he was and wanted to share some special chocolates with him. I hope my boys remember this and turn out to be as hard working and respectful as Eric!
