Asked if they could go back over a couple of spots and they were so kind and had absolutely no problem with my requests. We were blown away by the results of our carpet cleaning! Our technician Dillion gave a courtesy call when he was en route, showed up when scheduled and was very effective and efficient in his job. As soon as he was finished we both looked at each other and said "why did we wait so long to have our carpets cleaned?!?"
