The carpet was cleaned very well and all stains and traffic patterns were cleaned up. We had them cleaned a year ago and after the carpet dried the stains returned.

I am so amazed at how clean my carpets came. The best they have looked since they were new 7 years ago. Joe did a fantastic job ~ he listened to all my concerns and took extra time on pretreatment of problem areas. He was professional, personable and was very careful with the walls and furniture. I have them cleaned yearly and this time was definitely the best.
When I called for an appointment, I was able to schedule for when I wanted. Mike, the gentleman that came to clean the carpet was polite, knew what he was doing and did a great job!

Youâre very efficient and click the hat of your gonna need it by three. They are gonna come early if you want them to I donât know that. All the employees are super nice very knowledgeable, honey. I should talk to you appropriately and never with me being unhappy and go above and beyond and always have, I will never stop using them And I use them for about the last 5 to 10 years 10 years. They are great and there was so great. I a big posting in Facebook.

I like no harsh chemicals and detergents that leave residue which attracts dirt.make carpet crunchy underfoot.And I really like having a zerorez tech to explain the process and assist moving furniture and area rug where needed.the corner guards were handy and protected wood molding. He was good at moving the flexible plastic hoses so we didnt trip over them.Alejandro was very competent.He did a great job on our rugs.only problem was there were dome streaksstains left on a couple dining chairs. We hope zerorez will return to clean them. Thank
Not only did Zero Rez leave zero residue, the tech was able to remove all of the sticky residue left by a previous carpet cleaner.Highly recommend.
