They do such a great job! I have 3 dogs - one is a puppy who refuses to go outside to do her business if it rains. She picked a spot at the bottom of our stairs, unbeknownst to us, instead. This company does such a fabulous job that with 3 dogs, my house does not smell like "dog". They show that they really care and know how to make your carpets smell like new!

Very responsive from the time I signed up for an appointment which I was able to get very quickly. Service person got in touch with me and kept me posted on his arrival time. He was also very honest about what he would be able to do with my very stained pillows, and gave us a nice discount given our outdoor furniture was actually made up of pillows rather than full fledged sofa and chairs. Very professional.
