They were able to schedule my cleaning the same week that I called. The technician kept in touch with me the day of my appointment to keep me updated as to his arrival time. Kieran arrived on time, did a walk through with me to see what areas need cleaning and where the problem areas were. He did an excellent job and my carpets have never looked cleaner.

Friendly and courteous technician who performed the work to our satisfaction and didn’t pressure me to buy additional services but had a conversation to understand my needs and what may be most beneficial. I ended up adding a protectant in one area and appreciated that he didn’t pressure me to buy more or clean other areas I didn’t plan for. Great results, easy scheduling, and great communication.
