It is easy to set up an appointment on line. Always pretreat my stains. Everything looks great when they are done. They even put my dinning room table up on blocks in its original place. The people who come are always friendly.

Service was provided as expected. Notified 48 hrs before of timeframe and tech arrived within that time frame. He reviewed the rooms to clean and areas with any stains. Stains came out. He was done quickly as I had moved everything I could and he went around the rest. Carpets took about 8 hrs to dry but looked good in the am. I would give the tech, Ali, a 10.
