They did a very thorough job of extracting cat urine from the corner of the rug. Also advised about the possibility of the baseboards having been affected.
Cleaned the whole carpet and put a coating on top to help if there were further accidents.

Outstanding service! Bo was extremely courteous and fully transparent on what to expect. This was our first ZeroRez experience and certainly won't be our last. We wanted to get our carpet in tip top shape prior to putting our home on the market. The results were stunning on our 20 year old carpet! We will be back!

From scheduling through completion of job, everything was excellent. The technician, Walter, was on time and I was notified he was on his way. He always explained what he was doing, and the effect it would have on my carpet. Also, if there was any problem within 30 days, they would return free of charge.

Zerorez recently cleaned a residential property of ours and did a wonderful job. The carpet had not been cleaned in several years and had bad traffic areas. All areas cleaned up very well, looking much newer, fluffier and a fresher smell. We were extremely happy with the results and would use them again!

Quick service and fair-minded issue resolution

Techs are always timely, efficient and extremely polite. Babe used them many times for area rugs and just had hardwood restoration done. While not as perfect as refinishing, it’s cheaper, faster and no dust like refinishing.

Carpet looks brand new and it was really bad when they got here. Great job!
