Kyle and Scott were on time and worked very well together. They did great work, but I had to turn off the lights for rooms they worked after they were done. I also had to remove tape from two vents that required a step stool for me to reach them.
Antonio was very friendly, professional, and clearly an expert. He helped explain the process and what would work best for us. Our carpets are original to our house and look like they are brand new!

Connor and his co-worker did an excellent job of cleaning our 25-40 year old carpets! They were professional, polite, and transparent about what they were doing and what may or may not work. They were also very respectful of my house taking great care to protect the floors and walls. I also appreciated that they didn't try to upsell me on other services that they knew would not be necessary with the age and condition of my carpets. Excellent job Connor!

Zerorez showed up om time. The technician was very polite and courteous and did a excellent job on my carpets. He also offered an deodorizer which he applied and I was very satisfied with the completed job. My carrpets were dry in about three hours. I have used Zerorez previously and they have always done a great job.

Good work. Good service. Were the techs supposed to wear booties during the actual shampooing ? They were at the inspection then at the end when I inspected but not while they were actually cleaning the carpet.
They tried really hard to get the stains out and explained to me what they were doing.
