Technicians were prompt, friendly and competent. They completed the job in a short time and answered all the questions we had. The only negative was drying time. We were told it would take 4 to 6 yours. In fact drying time, even with ceiling fans running at full speed, was 10 to 12 hours.

I'm always pleased with Zerorez, I've been using them for almost 10 years. They call ahead before they arrive, walk through to make sure they know which rooms I want done and show up on time. I have allergies and they even cut the natural citrus scent in half for me and I had no issues at all!

Zerorez did a phenomenal job cleaning our carpets and rug that get a lot of traffic from our kids and pets. They got out stains and our carpets look and feel brand new! The service itself was pretty quick and with fans on it didn’t take long for them to dry. There were no chemical smells after they left. It looks and feels so clean!

Kevin was polite and respectful and did a great job cleaning the carpets in my home. He asked questions prior to cleaning and then gave me instructions on what to do after and was mindful to tell me to be careful when walking on the wet carpet and then on my tile floors.
