He was on time, professional, kind, and thorough. Before starting the job, he took the time to listen to my concerns, and I never felt rushed or dismissed. That was very important to me. He answered all of my questions before starting the job.

What stood out the most was how friendly and genuinely kind he was.

After he finished, the carpets looked so much better, and the entire area smelled fresher as well.
