The technicians were fast, friendly and did an amazing job. They brought my OLD carpet back to life. They use an agitator first, then with great attention to detail they steam clean the carpets. I am very pleased with the results and price point. I highly recommend ZERO REZ

While we did not receive a call when they would arrive, we were in the process of vaccuming, the technician was very thorough for what we requested. Cleaned our couch first and then cleaned the three carpeted areas. Was very professional while attending to the job, make sure to keep hoses and items out of the way.
