Jorge explained both the process and estimate before beginning. And my wool carpet, which had sustained significant stains after my puppy took ill, were looking fantastic after he was done with the treatment. 10 out of 10 for ZeroRez!

They were ontime, quick, and the rugs look like new again. All the unsightly spots from our spills and the dog accidents are gone. I couldn't ask for a better job and the price was the best. There three room deal is unbeatable.
