The rugs seem really clean and I had them put protectant on them, so hope cleaning will last awhile. Your staff were excellent, efficient and thorough. And I appreciated that they were willing to move some furniture and came back to put it back! I could not have done that given my recent hip replacement surgery--so Thank You for that! Also the woman in the office who made the appointment was very helpful and followed up with me to assure all went well.

They did an amazing job cleaning the ducts. I have used them in the past for tile cleaning, carpet and carpet cleaning.
The services person was very polite and efficient. The cleaning was done in record time and the carpet was very clean.
It is now a 10!! After I spoke with Joe Huntley following the service received, I was very inspired by his ethos and care for all that Zerorez represents and he wanted to be sure I was happy. The rugs had been damaged by my distressed cat whilst I was away. Jacob did a great job cleaning the rugs; the issue was simply that they were Persian wool and cat urine is the most challenging to extract. Joe advised that the rugs required a total immersion in water to restore them and eliminate the aroma completely.
He stood by the standards that they delivered and explained that they did everything they could to extract the aroma and clear the rugs. Joe very kindly agreed to refund me the cost of the cleaning, so I could put it towards the expense of cleaning them through a Persian rug company in Ocala to address the immersion factor and lingering aroma. Thank you Joe and everyone at Zerorez for your integrity and professional service. I will be booking you again in the Autumn to clean the carpets throughout the house. Great team that performed the work. They were very communicative and I was truly surprised that they got some stains out. They were also very efficient.
The workers were very knowledgeable and courteous. They came in and completed the job in a timely manner. However I was disappointed in they didn’t do much cleanup in the basement when they were done, their was a lot of soot around the furnace.

They are clean and chemical free which I like. I am not to pro on the carpet protection sprays you use due to the chemicals and exposure limits to children, pets and people.
