Everything with the tech was great. He was professional and very nice and did a great job.

The only thing negative is that I felt someone should have told me at time of booking there was a service fee that was going to be added to my order. I wasn’t prepared to pay the additional fee and felt it was very unfair to put that on the worker when he arrived to clean my carpets. If I didn’t need it done that day I probably would have canceled the order.

We live in an era where customer service and satisfaction is a forgotten virtue. Very seldom does an unrecognized associate deviate from the "company line" and take an extra step to solve an issue. The Zero Rez tech, Chance, did just that. There was an issue with the finished product and he acknowledged the issue instead of denying. He went the extra mile to satisfy me.
For that reason, I would recommend the company and service to everyone.
