Both the front office and the technician were quite impressive in their efficiency, courtesy, information, dissemination, and professional attitude and demeanor. I would recommend this company any day of the year to anybody and will be certainly be using them… And looking forward to it in the future! I am very happy with the cleaning outcome of my condominium as well as the text and email notifications!

Braiden arrived at 10:45, surveyed the carpets to be cleaned, quoted pricing accordingly and got to work. He finished around noon. He was respectful of my home and furnishings and baseboards. In addition to the 3 room offer and an additional low-pile area carpet (8X10'), Braiden offered to do two runners for $10 each, which I appreciated. He upsold me to a "130 BrushPro" service which cost $70 additional. (All my Zerorez techs in the past have found ways to upsell me once they are here...)

The low-pile area carpet was dry in 2 hours; the plush wall-to-wall was almost dry in 8 hours, but I didn't put furniture back until the next day. I especially like the feel of the plush carpet on my bare feet after a Zerorez cleaning; it is truly "zero residue".

It was very important to me that you gave me an appointment to return to my home and give one small area another application because the blood did not all come out. The second application worked! Thank you! I definitely will spread the word to my friends. First name removed

Been hearing about Zerorez on the radio and went with them for our air duct cleaning. Scheduling was easy, although first appt time had to be rescheduled, the guys (Kenny & Rodney) were able to come early for the new appt time. They explained the whole process, answered all our questions, and were friendly & efficient. We would hire with Zerorez with future cleaning needs.

Pete B did a great job, doing an initial walkthrough to assess, explaining the process, setting expectations, and ensuring all areas of concern were highlighted. He was polite, efficient, and handled the job in a timely manner.

Jacob was great! He worked with me by explaining Zerorez's different services. He help me decide which service best met my needs and then cleaned my carpet making it look new again. It saved me from removing the carpet unnecessarily and paying the expense of replacing it. I will definitely use Zerorez again!

The Tech (sorry, can't remember his name) was kind, efficient and high-quality. He didn't cut corners and let me do 2 rooms and a hallway instead of three rooms like the deal said. Sometimes, this is annoying with Stanley Steamer so appreciate the flexibility.

I was extremely happy to discover Zerorex in South Florida. Brett was very professional from the first phone call to finishing the cleaning. Brett was happy to explain the cleaning process, and how he was going to do it. The carpets came out great and the tile/grout was very clean. I was very happy and now I don’t have to look for anyone else to do this job! Also, the pricing was very fair!!

Quick, friendly, efficient, professional and our carpet looks like new!

I like that the water used is different and the carpets dry so much quicker.
I was able to get an appointment quickly and they were really good about communicating with me.
The tech that came came and cleaned my carpets and some furniture did a great job. They had some jobs that took longer and he volunteered to stay longer and come out to do our house. Will was so nice and helpful and came up with a game plan of what would work best to be cleaned in what order and protected. He worked around all of us, 5 adults & a 1yr old.
He also did stain pretreatment as well as applied protectant to everything that was cleaned.
I'm very happy to have this part of the house and furniture cleaned & protected. Will be scheduling another visit to complete the rest of the house.
