Hands down you guys are amazing! From the customer service representative answering the phones, to answering my questions to knowing exactly what services I should get. All the way to the service technician texting me saying when they were gonna be here, they were actually here earlier than what they said. He was absolutely amazing. He greeted me with a smile very happy asked me to show him the layout of what I wanted to do. He went to the truck got all his supplies we have pets so he explained to me their products for the pets. I said sure let’s try it. My carpet looks amazing. I am so excited. This company is the best.

Easy to work with, visible results in most areas. Tech was friendly and efficient. There was white residue left on some areas of the grout. The areas that they were not contracted to clean, like hallways, were left covered in excessive dust from their machines going through.

When making our appointment, I specifically requested him because he did a great job the last time we had our carpet cleaned. I can honestly say that Zerorez far surpasses other companies that I have used. I would highly recommend them.

Did a great job cleaning the grout and tile in my foyer, kitchen, mudroom, laundry room, two bathrooms and especially my master bath shower. The shower was really discolored so much so that I didn't know what grout color was the correct color. It's all clean now and I am very pleased.
