Both of the gentlemen who serviced my carpets were very polite and explained everything. A bit expensive, but at least the carpets are clean.

The communication is excellent, no problem scheduling & asking for Joe as I was very pleased when he did half of the house in December ! He did the other half on Tuesday in less than 2 hours. He made my old carpeting in a couple of rooms look new! I will continue to use Zerorez & request Joe!!!

Prices are very fair, service techs have always been on time, explained the work they are doing, left the premises as clean as they found them, and the work they do is outstanding. Product used are safe and dry quickly. I would never use another company to clean my carpet, carpets and area rug.

I also want to say my service tech was a 10! He was so pleasant, asked questions about the different rooms, and did an absolutely beautiful job!

My only suggestion would be that the company should provide the employees with shoe covers so they aren’t walking on the customers floors and carpets.
