I've been pleased with every technician we've had over the years. But our most recent tech, Brian, seemed to understand his tools and the process better than most; he was able to better clean some trouble spots than previous techs. We hope to get Brian again next year!

Christian called me before arriving at my home and said he was running a little early, so asked if he could get started a little earlier. I appreciated this and him taking the time to explain the process of cleaning our sectional sofa and area rug. He was thorough and our sofa and rug came out much cleaner than before. Ron from Zerorez arrived when he said he would and after examining my carpet, explained the options that were available to give me the best results. He answered all my questions thoroughly including pricing. When the job was completed he went over the results with me and answered any questions I had including how best to let the carpet dry and when we could put furniture back. I was happy with the results and the pricing and would use Zerorez again in the future.

I really like that Zerorez is nontoxic and has the 3 step process. I was shocked to see how much hair came off the machine because I vacuum regularly. Anthony was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained the process to me and left my carpets looking beautiful!
No chemicals and no soap!!! The results were amazing. Javier was so great. He explained so many aspects of carpet life in addition to getting all the spots out of the carpet. He had a huge challenge and he came through as a champion.
