Generally the carpets look much better, In my case the carpet is about 25 years old, so I don't expect perfection. They do dry faster than other services I have had. However, we do have to move our own furniture and do our own vacuuming and for we senior citizens that can be problematic.

I had some pet stains on a rug. Unfortunately, they got worse after the first and second and 3rd cleaning, They ended up taking it to their location to work on it. I am waiting for the results. I am very hopeful, during the multiple cleanings Parker, Mia, and Will were excellent. Very professional and nice. Unfortunately, the scheduling was very confusing and time consuming, but Mia and Will took my concerns and feedback seriously, to hopefully make changes in that department. Fast, professional, no harmful chemicals

it seemed to do well on my carpet. Technician knew what he was doing and willing to help with moving furniture.

However he missed an area, I did not notice it not done until a few minutes later after he had left.

While the employee was running a bit behind, we had communication from Zerorez and they were speedy when they arrived to our home. They were clear on what the service could and could not do, explained the service well, and were transparent with costs. We felt the cost was great for the service provided and would certainly use them again.
