From initial call to completion of the job, Zerorez was on top of it. They sent reminders on email before the service date and called 40 min prior to showing up which by the way was ON TIME!! Unheard of these days. Joseph introduced himself and after seeing the rooms he explained in detail what he was going to do and answered all of our questions before he began. Joseph cleaned both carpet and tile rooms. If he came across something unusual he would find us and discuss what was needed, then let us decide. Great guy, great service and extremely professional. Responsible company with very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

I have used Zerorez service on cleaning my carpets for a few years, a couple times a year, and I always have a very good service. Easy to schedule the appointment, then the service person arrives on time and complete the service leaving the carpets pretty clean.
