The special pre-shampoo treatment , recommended by Bill, helped a lot on our well-worn carpet! We got better results than last time.
Very nice overall. First service went great. They did mentioned if we had any questions please contact them. We waited about 3 days as we still smelt a little pee. They sent over a tech in the next few days. He helped and fixed our problems. Great service!
