My carpet looked clean and fresh when finished. It dried completely in about 3 hours. It is old carpeting and developed stains that will never come out. Bob was amazing. He refused to not attempt to get the stains out. I had one area I wanted a deeper clean. Bob took care of it. He was polite, courteous and on time. He called before he arrived. All in all a great experience.

I have used Zerorez for several years now. Their technicians are knowledgeable and most helpful. We have had Jeff for the last 2 years and he is easy to work with and helps with scheduling.
He was quick and made my carpet brand new. The only thing I didn’t like is they can’t accept tips and for for the great job, they have done and working their butts off. The company should have your employees to accept tips.
George was a great technician. He called me twice to update me on his arrival time, and showed up on time. He was very careful around furniture that couldn't be moved.
