Excellent classes each instructor is 100% committed to their classes and is self evident that they train themselves and are constantly trying to make their classes better or indeed keep them fun .

The classes are great and there are lots of them so I can fit them in to my day whatever my schedule is like. The pool area with the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi is great. I try to go there at least once a week for chill out time! I like the way the place us decorated. It is bright, clean and upbeat!

Recently started PT & it has changed my whole approach to training & have highly recommended it to many other members who have also taken it on.
Loved themed classes to mark events like Pride Zumba, County Colors Spin, the monthly challenges & summer parties etc, all help create a friendly atmosphere & made this gym unique from all others in the city.
