Friendly staff who always assist with queries.
Good equipment and good opening hours from Monday to Friday.
Later opening times on weekend would be ideal!

There is a lot of space to work out. The facilities are always clean and the staff are very friendly, even at 6am.

What do you like about our products and services?

Great gym! The location is convenient, the fees are more than reasonable for the quality of the facilities and classes provided. I was never a fan of gym workouts before but now I'm addicted! I love the early morning classes that get me out of bed and pumped up ready for the day. I can see the physical differences on myself since I joined 3 months ago and I'm absolutely going to recommend OneEscape to everyone!
