the Swimming pool, sauna .steam room and Jacuzzi are excellent , top class facilities. I travel a lot and have stayed on occasion in some 4/5 star hotels and the facilities come nowhere close.
the Gym itself is very good and the equipment always well maintained and in good working order but I don't use it as often as I should as I jog and cycle outside a lot .
The club is always so clean, its a pleasure to be there.
finally the staff are always friendly and helpful , a great atmosphere ....thanks so much

1. Facilities are clean and safe
2. Instructors are professional and friendly - always willing to help
3. The addition of lockers with keys provided are a huge benefit and very practical
4. Classes are at suitable times and accommodating for all work types

Classes are very good, only down side is sometimes they too full. Staff are all very friendly and helpful!

Great gym! The location is convenient, the fees are more than reasonable for the quality of the facilities and classes provided. I was never a fan of gym workouts before but now I'm addicted! I love the early morning classes that get me out of bed and pumped up ready for the day. I can see the physical differences on myself since I joined 3 months ago and I'm absolutely going to recommend OneEscape to everyone!
