Great gym with fun and helpful trainers
Facilities are decent and the new equipment added the last few months is a welcome addition. Classes are good and worthwhile if you can fit them around your work schedule. The location is great for me living close to Smithfield and although its the more pricier end of gyms in Dublin compared to Ben Dunne's etc these facilities are far superior and cater for all aspects of fitness from beginner to pro. If you only use the gym a couple of times a month the cost of this gym might not be your best bet but for people who want a regular workout it works out good value. I try to use the gym 4-5 times a week so the higher cost is worth it as cheaper gyms are further away and the distance would take up my time so I recommend anyone this gym who works or lives in the Smithfield area. Gym staff are friendly and will help anyone if asked otherwise they let you get on with your routine with no issues. When you join you are on a 3 month rolling contract which means you need to give 3 months notice when wishing to leave. This may not suit all but be aware those are the rules. You can freeze membership for a few months if needed (I suffered a jaw injury recently and the Manager Rachel sorted my payment while I was out recovering. Note freezing membership temporarily is not the same as cancelling membership. Keep the facilities improving as they have been and I will have no complaints. :-)

Quality of classes. Frequency of classes. Pool facilities are top class. Brooklyn boxing is great class not available elsewhere. Team are very welcoming and supporting.

Great spot, with great staff members! Remember your name and will always have a chat with you, customer service that makes you want to stay with a slightly more expensive gym then others around, but happy to with the personal touch!
More H.I.I.T spin classes than standard would be great! Find these tougher and more beneficial!
The pool and sauna facilities are very relaxing. The gym is never seems too packed even when it’s very busy.

The front desk staff is very friendly and always welcome people with a warm smile. Most of the instructors are knowledgeable and also friendly. The gym offers comprehensive classes and timetable options and the facilities are superb! Great to unwind after a day of work!
