A hidden gem right in the city centre. Great facilities, extremely friendly staff and convenient class times and opening hours. By far the best gym I’ve stepped foot inside. Would love it was open a bit later on weekends but you can’t have everything,

Mats they are the best areas of the Gym. I wish members could watch some sport on the tv instead of the boring Euro news or sky news which is not motivating. One Escape at one time showed lots of sky premiership football matches and Irish Rugby games on the TV but none of the staff girls watch sport much . Or nobody knows how to use the remote control. So boring stuff stays on the TV all day.. I wish that could change. Everybody especially the staff are super friendly and approachable. I just wish we got to watch the big games. Girls and guys watch the soccer when its in on.

Love the variety of classes, all the areas are in good conditions. Having a swimming pool it is a plus always available for a good swim and relax. The trainers are fantastic
Please with the new layout upstairs. Makes a lot of sense. New equipment is great too. 7am openings on Saturdays is cool but personally I’d prefer the gym to close at 9pm on Sunday.
