The number of classes available per day is just amazing, as well as the competence and kindness of the instructors.
The new classes in the pool are very nice, much more interesting than before.
The app allows to book classes so everyone has its own space and a nice time.
I would just suggest an Aqua Jump at 6 pm and an earlier boxing class on Thursday, and some hangers in the showers for towels.

I like one escape very much! Everything is great. Good staff, nice courses. I think if the music could update more often, or more types of music will be better.
So many different classes to choose from. New classed added on a regular basis. Very clean gym. Lovely trainers. Location. Timetable.
